A drunk teacher was arrested for allegedly dragging a bike for around four kilometres with his car on Modasa Lunawada Road in Mahisagar district of Gujarat. The brother of the teacher, who was also drunk and present in the car, has been arrested as well. Two people, who were on the bike, are in critical condition.
