Delhi government ordered closure of liquor shops and other establishments serving alcohol in the national capital from February 3 to 5, and on February 8 due to upcoming Assembly elections. Sale of alcohol will be prohibited from 6 PM on February 3 until 6 PM on February 5. This prohibition also extends to non-proprietary clubs, star hotels and licensed establishments.
