A video has gone viral showing DSP Taslim Arif's wife Farheen Khan celebrating her birthday by cutting a cake on a government car's bonnet in Chhattisgarh. Farheen and several other women were seen standing partially out of the car, which was driving with doors and boot open. "High Court has reprimanded people for such incidents regularly," an X user said.
