Amazon Web Services' CEO Matt Garman opened up about AI replacing junior employees in workplace. "People were telling me…with AI we can replace all…of our junior people…I was like, 'That's one of the dumbest things I've ever heard'," Garman said. "[Junior employees are] probably the least expensive employees you have. They're the most leaned into your AI tools," he added.
