A Dutch woman travelling on Delhi-Agra train claimed an Indian man clicked "secret pictures" of her and showed a 'victory sign' when she recorded his video to try and stop him. "He...was constantly looking even at...what I was doing on my phone," she said, adding, "I didn't know what to do...I didn't even see a staff besides man bringing snacks."
