An e-rickshaw driver deliberately knocked down a woman before running the vehicle over her legs on July 24, showed CCTV footage. As the woman fell on the road writhing in pain, the bystanders rushed to her help. The fact that a police bike with cops on it was just behind the e-rickshaw also didn't seem to matter for the driver.
