On 30 May 2025, Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL) announced that E to E Operations and Maintenance Private Limited emerged as the lowest bidder, at ₹14.7 crore, for the contract to maintain Platform Screen Door Systems on Corridors 1 and 2 of the Chennai Metro. Technical bids for the contract had been opened on 27 May 2025.
