Eating bananas may help curb high blood pressure: Study

A research from University of Waterloo has suggested that increasing ratio of dietary potassium to sodium intake may be more effective for lowering blood pressure than simply reducing sodium intake. The research stated that eating more potassium-rich foods, such as bananas and broccoli, could be helpful in curbing high blood pressure. High blood pressure affects over 30% of adults globally.
