Eating minimally processed meals can double weight loss: Study

A University College London study published in Nature Medicine found that eating minimally processed meals can double weight loss. In an eight-week trial, participants followed two diets with identical nutrition. One included ultra-processed foods (UPFs), while the other had minimally processed foods. Those on the latter diet lost twice as much weight as the UPF group.
