The Election Commission has issued a show-cause notice to Jan Suraaj Party founder Prashant Kishor after finding evidence that his name appears on electoral rolls in both Bihar and West Bengal. The poll body has asked him to explain the reasons within three days. The development comes ahead of the Bihar Assembly elections in which Jan Suraaj Party is contesting.
