Ex-Chief Election Commissioner SY Quraishi said EC should have probed "vote theft" allegations levelled by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi rather than shouting at him. Speaking about Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls in Bihar, he said the EC has put its hand in the "hornet's nest" and the exercise is "opening a pandora's box".
