The Election Commission told Supreme Court it cannot provide names of 65 lakh electors excluded from the draft electoral rolls in Bihar. The poll body stated it will not disclose the reason for the removal of names as it is not prescribed under the rules. The Supreme Court on Wednesday asked EC to furnish details of 65 lakh excluded electors.
