Days after the murder of Jan Suraaj Party supporter Dularchand Yadav in poll-bound Bihar's Mokama, ECI transferred three top officials with immediate effect. SDO Chandan Kumar, SDPO Rakesh Kumar, and SP Vikram Sihag are among those transferred, while SDPO Abhishek Singh has been suspended.
