The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) and BCCI have joined hands to block a Saudi Arabia-backed global T20 league, The Guardian reported. Both boards have agreed not to issue No Objection Certificates (NOCs) to their players to sign up for the new competition and will lobby the ICC to withhold official endorsement, the report added.
