ECI has announced that it'll organise a two-day conference of Chief Electoral Officers (CEO) of states and UTs on March 4-5 in Delhi. This is the first conference to be held after Gyanesh Kumar assumed charge as Chief Election Commissioner (CEC). The key area of discussion will be modern election management. The CEOs will present their respective action plans.
