Enforcement Directorate has arrested Sandeep Yadav and Arvind Walia, directors and promoters of Ramprastha Group, in connection with a money laundering case against Ramprastha Promoters & Developers Pvt Ltd (RPDPL). ED investigation revealed that RPDPL had collected around ₹1,100 crore from over 2,000 homebuyers over a period of 15-20 years. However, possession of flats/plots is yet to be given.
