The ED has arrested Ocean Seven Buildtech's MD Swaraj Singh Yadav after conducting searches at nine locations in Delhi-NCR and other places. Yadav allegedly diverted and laundered funds collected from homebuyers under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) projects. During the search operations, cash worth ₹86 lakh and incriminating documents were recovered and seized.
