The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has arrested a suspended Bank of India officer named Hitesh Kumar Singla from Ahmedabad Junction Railway Station in connection with a ₹16.10 crore fraud case. Singla was arrested while travelling on a train and attempted to evade arrest by moving between coaches. ED has been granted his custody until September 23 in a PMLA case.
