ED has filed a chargesheet against businessman Raj Kundra in the Bitcoin Ponzi scheme case, alleging that Kundra has 285 Bitcoins worth ₹150.47 crore. The chargesheet denied Kundra's claims that he was only a mediator in the bitcoin transaction, adding that he was the sole beneficiary and still possesses the bitcoins. ED also accused him of destroying the evidence.
