The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has frozen assets worth ₹80.43 crore after conducting raids across four cities in an ongoing money laundering probe against OctaFX trading platform. OctaFX and other related entities allegedly earned a profit of over ₹1,000 crore by cheating investors in the guise of forex trading. A portion of these funds was remitted abroad, ED said.
