Enforcement Directorate has issued a summons to S Vignesh Shishir, a BJP worker who filed a petition in court, alleging that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi holds British citizenship. Shishir has been asked to depose before the probe agency in New Delhi on September 9, reports said. He has been asked to present all the evidence he has on the case.
