The US SEC informed a court in New York that summons to billionaire Gautam Adani and his nephew Sagar Adani have yet to be served on them. The case pertains to allegations that Gautam Adani and Sagar Adani made "false and misleading" representations about Adani Green Energy with respect to a debt fund raise in September 2021, CNBC TV18 reported.
