Billionaire Elon Musk has added OpenAI-backer Microsoft to his lawsuit against the startup filed in August. The lawsuit claims Microsoft and OpenAI illegally sought to monopolise the market for generative AI. It also accuses OpenAI and CEO Sam Altman of violating its contract provisions by putting profits ahead of the public good.
