World's richest person Elon Musk's Starlink leased a 1,294-sq-ft office space in Mumbai's Chandivali for five years for total rent of ₹2.33 crore. The office space, located in the same building where actor Hrithik Roshan's HRX bought three units for ₹31 crore this year, is owned by Nikunj Sheth. Starlink will pay ₹3.52 lakh/month, with a 5% annual rent escalation.
