During an interview, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman claimed email is "very bad" and while Slack is better than email, he thinks it creates a lot of fake work. "I suspect there is something new to build that is going to replace...the current sort of office productivity suite...like docs, slides, email, Slack...that will be sort of the AI-driven version," he added.
