The Opposition BJP has criticised the Karnataka Congress government as it's planning to buy a helicopter and a private jet for VIP travel. State BJP chief Vijayendra Yediyurappa accused the government of splurging on luxury when there is no money for development. "This reminds one of the proverb...There's no food in stomach...but there's a jasmine flower in hair," he added.
