An encounter was launched in the general area of Dul in Kishtwar, Jammu and Kashmir, on Sunday, the Indian Army confirmed. The troops carried out an intelligence-based operation and established contact with terrorists. The Army added that gunfire has been exchanged. Reportedly, two terrorists are trapped in the operation, which is underway.
