Enviro Infra Engineers reported a cyber fraud of ₹11.15 crore, impersonating a director, with ₹2.5 crore recovered so far. The company has tightened banking protocols and its directors have waived salaries to offset the ₹8.65 crore loss. Despite the incident, Q4FY25 revenue rose 31% YoY and PAT grew 30%. A clean energy subsidiary is also underway.
