After actor Dhanush and director Aanand L Rai criticised the AI-generated ending of Ambikapathy, the Tamil re-release of 'Raanjhanaa', Eros said the move was legally compliant. In the re-release, Dhanush's character, Kundan, remains alive. "Eros strongly objects to the illegal...attempt by Aanand to position the upcoming film 'Tere Ishk Mein' as part of the 'world of Raanjhanaa'," Eros said.
