Eternal is building an in-house paramedic training programme for its 10-minute ambulance service, which currently operates in Gurugram via its quick-commerce arm, Blinkit, CEO Deepinder Goyal said. "We started with 5 ambulances...now we've 12," Goyal stated. "We've responded to 594 calls, 50% of these critical emergencies...ambulances reach patients within 10 minutes, 83% of the time," he added.
