IMD Director General M Mohapatra said ash plume from Ethiopia's Hayli Gubbi volcano is expected to leave Indian skies by 7:30 pm on Tuesday. "It's moving towards China next," he added. IMD indicated ash influence over Gujarat, Delhi-NCR, Rajasthan, Punjab and Haryana. Mohapatra also said that ash is unlikely to significantly impact Delhi's air as "it's in the upper levels."
