European think tank Centre for Research on Energy and Clean Air (CREA) released data claiming EU countries contributed 23% to Russian fossil fuel revenues since the start of the Ukraine war. This is nearly double that of India's contribution, which is 13%, CREA data showed. Additionally, it said G7+ tankers are transporting over half of Russian oil barrels to EU.
