Indian High Commissioner to UK Vikram Doraiswami said multiple European Union countries continue to buy rare-Earth and other energy products from the same countries that they're refusing India to buy oil from. He was responding to a woman's question on India buying Russian oil despite Western sanctions. "You wouldn't think that seems a little odd?" Doraiswami added.
