According to a report in Financial Times, European Union (EU) countries have agreed to limit the travel of Russian diplomats within the bloc. The move comes amid EU countries' concerns over espionage operations being conducted under diplomatic cover. The report says that the proposed plan requires Russian envoys to notify local authorities before travelling outside their assigned host countries.
