The European Union has adopted its 19th sanctions package, targeting Russian banks, crypto exchanges, and companies in India and China. The EU said it has identified 45 new entities supporting Russia's military. Seventeen of these companies are in other countries, including three in India. "These entities will be subject to tighter export restrictions," the EU said.
