External Affairs Minister (EAM) S Jaishankar, while speaking at an event in Delhi, accused Europe of attempting to erase India's heritage and traditions. He said that the global ascendancy of Europe, for parts of the world which were not Europe, represented their Dark Ages. "They came, they saw, and they pillaged," added Jaishankar.
