Advocate Deepak Somani revealed that if a person who has shared domestic relations with a woman attempts to contact her against her wishes or visit her workplace, she can get a restraining order from a court. He added that getting a restraining order involves filing an application under Section 18, clauses 'c' and 'd' of the Domestic Violence Act.
