Even small amounts of alcohol disrupt sleep quality: Dr Bhatia

Dr Manvir Bhatia explained that although alcohol helps people fall asleep quicker, it disrupts deep and REM sleep, reducing the quality of sleep. This leads to fatigue, memory decline, and poor brain recovery. She noted, "People often wake up tired despite sleeping for eight hours."
