Yale scholar Gautam Mukunda, while speaking about US President Donald Trump's $100,000 H-1B visa fees, said every country would "kill" to get the top graduates from IITs. "[The graduates] are an asset of incalculable value and we seem to be throwing it away," Mukunda said. "It's a decision that makes no sense on any level of national interest," he added.
