The Supreme Court on Monday refused to stop the Election Commission of India from publishing the draft electoral rolls for Bihar on August 1 as per the schedule notified for the Special Intensive Revision. However, the bench urged the ECI to consider at least the statutory documents of Aadhaar and EPIC and observed, "Any document on Earth can be forged."
