RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat said every Indian family should have three kids. He said India's recommended population policy is 2.1 children per family, adding, "Since 0.1 child isn't possible, this effectively means three." While acknowledging that population concerns must be addressed and children should be adequately provided for, Bhagwat said families shouldn't have more than three children.
