In Pune’s Dighi area, ex-Armyman Kailas Vilas Bhosale (42) died by suicide after months of mental harassment and insults from his neighbours. His wife filed a complaint, prompting police to register an abetment of suicide case against five residents of Ravikiran Housing Society in Wadmukhwadi. The harassment reportedly began after Bhosale raised civic issues with the society’s committee.
