Hindustani Awam Morcha (Secular) chief Jitan Ram Manjhi has demanded 15 out of 243 seats from BJP-led NDA in upcoming Bihar assembly polls. "If we do not get 15 seats, we will not contest the elections...Feel insulted that our people have been ignored," he said. BJP is expected to finalise the list of candidates for most of its seats today.
