Former CIA officer Richard Barlow revealed that India and Israel had planned a joint strike on Pakistan's Kahuta nuclear facility in the 1980s to stop its atomic program. Calling it a 'shame' that India's then government rejected the plan, he said it could have 'solved many problems'. Barlow added the US opposed any such move.
