Ex-Congress MLA Neeraj Bharti has asked his father Chander Kumar, Agriculture Minister in Himachal Pradesh government to resign over his lack of control over transfers in his constituency Jawali. Reacting to his son's remarks, Chander said, Bharti is a "young man and sometimes speaks in anger...there's no question of resignation." Chander stated that the matter has been resolved.
