An X video has shown ex-IAS officer Dilip Shinde arguing after parking his car in wrong place in Maharashtra's Pune. A yellow beacon light is also seen placed on his car's dashboard. Notably, bureaucrats aren't allowed to use beacon lights on their vehicles. "I'm an IAS officer, speak properly!" Shinde is heard saying as he's questioned over the incorrect parking.
