An appellate tribunal found former-ICICI Bank CEO Chanda Kochhar guilty of receiving ₹64-crore bribe from Videocon Group through her husband, Deepak Kochhar, in exchange for sanctioning ₹300-crore loan, TOI reported. The amount was transferred as a quid pro quo after ICICI Bank approved the loan. It was routed through Videocon’s firm SEPL to NRPL, which is managed by Deepak.
