Former Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte has been charged with three counts of crimes against humanity by the International Criminal Court (ICC). The ICC had alleged the 80-year-old's involvement in at least hundreds of murders as part of his "war on drugs". Arrested in March, Duterte remains detained at The Hague's Scheveningen prison.
