Ex-Singapore Foreign Affairs Minister George Yeo lauded India for opposing Donald Trump's bullying by using tariffs. "When Ukraine war happened, India wasn't going to disavow Russia. After [Operation Sindoor], India found that US won't support India against Pakistan...So India stood firm," Yeo said. "Trump, realising he can't bully India, sent PM Narendra Modi birthday greetings," he added.
