Ex-scientist Kamini Singh left her lab behind and dedicated herself to helping farmers with her expertise. She led project aiming to train farmers in organic practices across Uttar Pradesh. In 2017, she advised farmers to cultivate Moringa alongside traditional crops, saving them ₹30,000 annually. Soon farmers began selling yield, their venture now has ₹1.75 crore turnover and 30% profit margin.
